SMS Consent

This page documents how customers provide consent to receive SMS messages from JZ Allscape Services LLC. Customers opt in through our online service request form (hosted by Jobber) by providing their phone number and submitting the form after viewing the SMS disclosure shown beneath the phone number field.

Exact Disclosure Text Shown to Customers

Transactional SMS disclosure displayed beneath the phone field:
“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive Visit Reminders and other transactional text messages (SMS) from JZ Allscape Services LLC. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel.”

Optional marketing SMS checkbox text (if displayed):
“I also agree to receive marketing SMS from JZ Allscape Services LLC. Reply STOP MKT to opt out of marketing SMS.”

How Customers Opt In

  1. Customer enters their mobile phone number in the service request form.

  2. Customer views the SMS disclosure displayed directly beneath the phone number field.

  3. Customer submits the form to request service.

  4. Submitting the form constitutes express consent to receive service-related (transactional) SMS messages from JZ Allscape Services LLC.

  5. Marketing SMS consent is optional and is provided only if the customer selects the marketing SMS checkbox (if shown).

Opt-Out and HELP

Opt-Out:

  • Reply STOP to opt out of service-related (transactional) SMS messages.

  • Reply STOP MKT to opt out of marketing SMS messages (if subscribed).

Help:

  • Reply HELP for assistance.
